As a result of your last complaint (err, helpful suggestion) I drove an activity to open up the EMC knowledgebase, support forums, etc. to all interested parties. Lots of people in the world who want to access and interact, and not all of them are registered customers or partners. Point made and agreed. Conceptually, everyone's on board. However, it's going to take a bit of time for it to get set up, announced, etc. so there will be a bit of a delay. I'll make sure to *personally* come back here and tell you when it's done!
